I'm an Avid Listener of 94.5 FM - The Rod Ryan Show...It keeps me awake and laughing all the way to work!!! Today - Rod hooked us up with the following tips to help you loose 5 Lbs in One week!! Here we go!!!
1. Make sure that 1 meal a day is ALL RAW Vedgetables
2. No Carbonated Beverages for 7 days
3. Drink Tons of Water! Aim for 1 Gallon Daily
4. Minimize Carbs...NOT eliminate - MINIMIZE...limit bread/sugar/pasta..and definitely eat NONE after 3 pm.
5. Walk 20 minutes a day. I dont mean park further away from the entrance or take the stairs....physically WALK for 20 minutes a day.
